In the manufacturing method of a corrugated plate for heat exchanger, glue is applied to the surface of the base with a channel prior to the plate moulding, and subsequently, from one end of the base to the other, prepreg is bonded to the surface of the corrugated base; then, the above prepreg is pressed with a corrugated hold-down plate to corrugations of the base and subject to heating for carbonisation of the corrugated prepreg.
