FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: support contains hollow foundation fixed in ground, pillar for pipeline supporting located in foundation cavity and capable of reciprocating movement, support-swivel blocks mounted at the pillar's top part and foundation bottom part. At the pillar's external surface between pillar flanges and foundation there are concentrically located two spiral compression springs with different stiffness and opposite direction of coiling. Total working force of springs in their initial position is chosen from condition to support pipeline not affected by seismic and other vertical loads. Spring length is taken considering the equality of their deformation before coils contact to maximum possible pipeline shift in vertical plane. On the element fixing the pipeline on support there mounted is a cylindrical protective shield that embraces the external spring with the gap. Shield lower edge in initial position is located below the foundation flange.EFFECT: increase of support reliability, structure simplification, reduction of material expenses and labour input at servicing, extension of possibilities to use supports in conditions of seismic effect on the pipeline.1 dwg |
