FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: installation method of sealing elements between a housing and a shaft involves pre-determination of a force of installation into the housing of non-stretched sealing elements arranged on a demountable process shaft, upsetting of sealing elements on outer diameter is performed under action of the force applied to the shaft, which exceeds the installation force; at that, after the shaft with sealing elements is led to the mandrel, the shaft is loaded with installation force; after that, residual deformation of sealing elements is eliminated by keeping the shaft with sealing elements in a process mandrel under action of vibration load directed perpendicular to the shaft axis. The mandrel with the shaft is turned in a circumferential direction relative to the shaft axis; at that, the exposure process is completed at the moment of movement of the shaft with sealing elements relative to the mandrel under action of installation force.EFFECT: improving reliability owing to protecting sealing elements against being cut by introducing the objective upsetting monitoring of the upsetting process.3 dwg |
