FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: traverse, to which a rod string is attached, is installed in guides of the post. The post is equipped with two block-and-tackle systems with the main counterbalances. Additional counterbalances are suspended in upper part of the post. Servo springs are installed at the post bottom, under the traverse. The traverse is equipped with a switching mechanism that attaches it now to one and then to another row of chains. The post is connected to the vehicle trailer, on which a motor and a transmission consisting of a gear box, a transfer box and two cardan drives to shafts of sprockets of chain transmissions are installed.EFFECT: mobile conventional pumping unit is mounted on the frame of the vehicle trailer, which allows its installation and operation without construction of any foundation, quick change of the installation place, and lower manufacturing and operating costs.3 dwg |
