FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: track superstructure of a railway bridge comprises an orthotropic plate in the form of a grazing sheet supported with longitudinal and transverse ribs, plates of a ballastless bridge deck resting against the grazing sheet by means of gaskets from an elastic material, side stops for fixation of the ballastless bridge deck plate position and a rail track with braces and safety accessories. Plates of the ballastless bridge deck are made in the form of a single block along the bridge width and are arranged along the span closely to each other, and have round corners at the ends, which correspond to the contour and location of side stops. Side stops are attached with even pitch to the grazing sheet of the orthotropic plate, placed into round corners of the plate of the ballastless bridge deck and are made in the form of semi-cylindrical sleeves filled with polymer concrete. The grazing sheet and stops have a coating from a hydraulic insulation layer, and gaskets of elastic material are made in the form of a gasket layer, which is continuously without seams applied onto the hydraulic insulation layer. Plates of the ballastless bridge deck rest against the gasket layer from the elastic material by means of a polymer concrete layer, which also adjoins the gasket layer of side stops.EFFECT: improved reliability and convenience of track superstructure operation.4 dwg |
