FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: proposed gas distributor consists of a set of fire bar. Fire bars making heat carrier passages and creating liquefied bed are laid on thrust plates at fire bar ends. Heat carrier passage size and angle are defined by insert between fire bars arranged to vary hydraulic section of grate from 2-3% to 25-30%. Note here that all elements of the fire grate may displace in crosswise, horizontal transverse and vertical directions within the limits of thermal expansion.EFFECT: invariable sizes of grate slots, ruled out deformations, long life and increased time between repairs.1 cl, 1 dwg |
