FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: method involves steel making with the following component ratio, wt %: carbon 0.003-0.007, manganese 0.10-0.25, silicon of not more than 0.03, sulphur of not more than 0.025, phosphorus of not more than 0.020, nickel of not more than 0.10, chrome of not more than 0.05, copper of not more than 0.10, aluminium 0.020-0.070, niobium 0.020-0.050, titanium 0.015-0.035, vanadium of not more than 0.05, iron is the rest; hot rolling of slab blank with rolling end temperatures of 900±20°C with further cooling of lower surface of the strip with water at the outlet table, coiling of the strip at the temperature of 710±20°C, etching of the strip, cold rolling, recrystallisation annealing, as well as temper rolling and longitudinal splitting to the required width. At that, ratio of thicknesses of semi-finished hot-rolled stock and finished cold-rolled strip, as well as reduction in thickness at temper rolling, is regulated.EFFECT: providing cold blanking of products without formation of any defects; improving the production efficiency of finished cold-rolled strip for cold blanking by means of formation of the required group of physical and mechanical properties.1 tbl, 1 ex |
