Mandrel comprises body fixed at static load cylinder rod, cone arranged at static load cylinder rod to reciprocate thereon driven by wave guide, and helical compression spring arranged at said rob between body and cone. Said intermittent pulse load cylinder reciprocates on said static load hydraulic cylinder rod. Waveguide and hammer are composed of sleeve reciprocating on static load cylinder rod. Mandrel comprises body fixed at static load cylinder rod, cone arranged at static load cylinder rod to reciprocate thereon driven by wave guide, and helical compression spring arranged at said rob between body and cone, and forming elements.
