PURPOSE: A girder bridge construction method using a girder including a supporting protrusion is provided to facilitate installation or manufacture of a slab by reducing thickness of the slab and to economically and efficiently induce bending moment of the slab. CONSTITUTION: A girder bridge construction method comprises a step of forming a supporting protrusion to protrude upwards in an upper side of a girder(10); a step of locating a precast plate deck(31) between the supporting protrusion and the girder separated from each other in a transverse direction; and a step of completing a slab(30) by placing a slab concrete(C) in predetermined thickness into the precast plate deck and the upper part of the girder.
