The binder element (5) has an eyelet (6) made of a resilient strand material, and a hook head (10) connected with the eyelet. The hook head is provided for pulling by looping and constriction of elongated bodies through opposite strand portions (7, 8) of the eyelet to form a connection strand for attachment of the elongated bodies from the strand portions. Other two connection strands (11, 12) for common attachment of the elongated bodies with the first connection strand that is formed by the strand portions, are attached at the eyelet. The hook head is formed in a form of mushroom hat.
