PURPOSE: A composition for preventing and treating overactive bladder is provided to reduce urinary frequency, nocturia, and urgency by suppressing excessive contraction of detrusor. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating overactive bladder contains 100 parts by weight of a pumpkin seed oil or a pumpkin extract, 5-60 parts by weight of a soybean extract, and 5-70 parts by weight of magnesium. The soybean extract is isoflavone aglycon. The soybean extract contains 3.6-9.2 parts by weight of isoflavone aglycon or 2-6 parts by weight of isoflavone aglycon.
