PURPOSE: A feed-through filter for shielding noises and protecting a device against surge is provided to implement a high integration and simplify a configuration by inserting a feed-through capacitor or a feed-through varistor without a separate pattern to form the feed-through filter. CONSTITUTION: A base substrate(110) includes at least one lead pin through hole(114), an insulation region(116), and a conductive layer(118). The insulation region surrounds the lead pin through hole. The lead pin through hole is penetrated from the front to the rear of the substrate. At least lead pin is inserted into the lead pin through hole on the base substrate. At least one feed-through capacitor or at least one feed-through varistor is inserted into the lead pin.
