PURPOSE: A composition containing extracts of Panax ginseng and Hijikia fusiforme for preventing hair loss or promoting hair growth is provided to delay alopecia, to promote hair growth, and to effectively prevent hair loss. CONSTITUTION: Pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic compositions for preventing hair loss or promoting hair growth contain extracts of Panax ginseng and Hijikia fusiforme as active ingredients. The compositions are used for preventing elopecia.
