PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device is provided to form an organic layer in a pattern formation substrate using a base substrate made of a transparent resin or a transparent glass, and to secure a large area organic light emitting display device. CONSTITUTION: A base substrate(10) having a metal pattern(20) formed on a first surface(10a) is prepared. A protection layer(30) is formed on the first surface of the base substrate to cover the metal pattern. A luminous material(40) is deposited on the protection layer. A pattern formation substrate is arranged in the upper part of the luminous material. The luminous material corresponding to the metal pattern is deposited on the pattern formation substrate by irradiating an IR laser to a second surface(10b) opposite to the first surface.
