摘要 PURPOSE: A leg rehabilitation training system capable of including a decoupling-type treadmill is provided to adjust a driving of the direct driving unit according to the position of each left and right foot. CONSTITUTION: A leg rehabilitation training system capable of including a decoupling-type treadmill comprises a wearing means worn in a body of a patient; a lifting device which supports the patient wearing the wearing means and moving up and down; a leg exoskeleton robot worn in the leg of the patient in order to fix a hip joint, a knee joint, and an Articulatio talocruralis of the patient; decoupling-type treadmill unit which induces the foot of the patient wearing the leg exoskeleton robot to walk; and a controlling unit controlling the operation of the lifting device, the leg exoskeleton robot, and the thread mill unit. The decoupling-type treadmill unit comprises a first treadmill unit(110) which induces so that the left foot of the patient touches and is trained to walk; a second treadmill unit(120) which induces so that the right foot of the patient touches and is trained to walk; and a display unit which indicates a signal received from the control unit controlling the operation of the first treadmill unit and the second treadmill unit.
