The packing (1) has a main panel (10), and a set of side panels (11), where each side panel is connected to the main panel by a folding line. A main cutting is utilized to retain the packing on a level of a flange (21). Another folding line is placed at a measured distance, where the latter folding line is perpendicular to the former folding line to form a plating of a reserve strip under the flange and reinforce a mechanical connection between the packing and a product (2) e.g. yoghourt. The latter folding line has thickness equal to thickness of the flange. The packing is made of a hard bound material.
