PURPOSE: A heating mattress is provided to prevent a heating layer from being damaged in an irregular curve and the swaying of the mattress by forming the heating layer with flexible materials. CONSTITUTION: A heating layer(130) is formed between a cushion layer and a cover layer and is composed of a mesh part(133) of a net structure and a terminal unit(135) to supply power. The terminal unit is orthogonally connected to both ends of warp threads or weft threads. The surface of the heating layer is coated with conductive mixtures and insulators.
