PURPOSE: A television receiver and an interference exclusion method of the television receiver are provided to change upper and lower predetermined oscillation frequencies into lower and upper oscillation frequencies when a Wi-Fi signal and a harmonic oscillation frequency are overlapped. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(120) controls tuning, which uses lower or upper predetermined oscillation frequencies, based on tuning channel information. The control unit determines whether or not a Wi-Fi signal and a harmonic oscillation frequency are overlapped based on provided Wi-Fi channel information. When the Wi-Fi signal and the harmonic oscillation frequency are overlapped, the control unit changes the lower or upper predetermined oscillation frequencies into upper or lower oscillation frequencies by controlling a tuner(110).
