CHEMICAL CLEANING METHODS AND THEIR USE OF THE PIPE FLANGE ASSEMBLY THAT BLINDS

PURPOSE: A method for cleaning chemicals in a pipe and a blind flange type assembly used therefor are provided to quickly perform chemical cleaning work in order to remove foreign substances or slag inside the pipe without separating the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A blind flange type assembly(10) comprises a blind flange(12), a circulation pipe(14), and a connection flange(16). The blind flange is interposed between a pipe(100) and the flange(110), which the pipe is connected to, and has a structure in which chemicals can be circulated. One end of the circulation pipe is connected to the blind flange and circulates the chemicals passing through the blind flange. The connection flange is connected to the flange of a connection pipe(210) of a chemical supply unit(200) in the opposite side connected to the blind flange.
