<p>The supply (105) has a supply unit (115) connected to a sector (110). A battery (125) is charged by the supply unit. A measuring unit i.e. voltage and current sensor (155), measures internal resistance of the battery. An information providing unit e.g. microprocessor (120), provides information representing internal resistance of the battery, and comprises a displaying screen (135) adapted to display the internal resistance. The providing unit has a remote transmission unit i.e. centralized emergency control connection (130), remotely transmitting signal representing the resistance.
