The method involves sending an item of information of electronic transaction from a server to a terminal, and generating a transaction code including an identifier of the transaction by the server. The code is sent to the terminal. Another item of information of the transaction is sent to another terminal. A personal identification number (PIN) and a validation/invalidation information of the transaction sent by the latter terminal are received by the server. Confirmation of the transaction is sent from the server toward the terminals. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a terminal for cooperating with a server and another terminal for implementing a method for performing an electronic transaction of a service between the server and the former terminal (2) a server for cooperating with terminals for implementing a method for performing an electronic transaction of service between the server and one of terminals (3) a system for performing an electronic transaction of service.
