PURPOSE: A two-way flexible tube for a vehicle exhaust tube is provided to improve fuel efficiency and engine output by enhancing volume efficiency and reducing exhaust pressure, and to effectively buffer exhaust vibration which is delivered from an engine to an exhaust system. CONSTITUTION: A two-way flexible tube(100) for a vehicle exhaust tube comprises a metallic bellows member(10), an interlocking member(20), a pair of inner sleeves(30), an outer blade member(40), a fixing flange(50), and a strap(60). The interlocking member is positioned inside the bellows member by maintaining a predetermined gap, and absorbs the deformation by being spirally wound in order to form a spiral groove. A pair of inner sleeves is fixed to the bellows member by one end, is fixed to the inner diameter of the interlocking member by the other end, and maintains the gap between two members. The outer blade member covers the outside of a pair of bellows members, and is knitted in a metallic wire. The fixing flange is installed at both ends of the bellows member and outer blade member. The strap binds the outer blade member and fixing flange. |
