PURPOSE: A superconducting electromagnetic device is provided to prevent outer heat from being delivered to a coil through a wire. CONSTITUTION: A thermal anchor is connected to multiple wires. The thermal anchor comprises a body part(26a), at least one connection part(26b), and a fixing part(26c). At least one connection part is formed with conductive materials and arranged at the side of the body part. An insulating layer for insulating the connection part is formed at the side of the body part. A fixing member(27) is installed at the fixing part through a coupling member. A cryogenic cooler cools the thermal anchor.
