PURPOSE: A RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag is provided to reduce processing time and energy by overcoming a limitation condition on a processing speed of the RFID tag. CONSTITUTION: An RFID tag(100) includes a communication unit(110), a power generating unit(120), a speed control unit(130), and a frequency generating unit(140). The power generating unit generates power by rectifying an RF signal. The speed control unit determines an operating frequency corresponding to a power range of the power generated by the power generating unit and generates a control signal including the operating frequency in order to deliver the signal to the frequency generating unit. The speed control unit stores a plurality of operating frequencies related to the processing speed. The speed control unit searches for the operating frequency corresponding to the power range of the power. The frequency generating unit generates the operating frequency included in the control signal. The RFID tag is operated by the operating frequency.
