<p>An immobilized carrier for pectinase and a preparation method thereof and a method for immobilizing pectinase. The carrier implements even enzymatic hydrolysis, heterogeneous recycling on pectinase and has the capability of repetitive utilization, and is nanolevel magnetic starch microspheres that has the iron content of 50% to 70%, ultrasonic-wave controlled particle diameter, a linear positive correlation with time, and the particle diameter of 10 nm to 80 nm. The application is on pectinase, and especially the application is on the immobilization of goose-origin penicillium oxalicum pectinase. First, prepare starch emulsion, evenly mix FeCl3, FeCl2 and starch emulsion, adjust the pH, perform ultrasonic processing and stir, perform acid neutralization, wash with 95% ethanol, perform magnet isolation, and perform vacuum drying. The steps of immobilizing pectinase: preparing a pectinase solution; activating carrier; immobilizing pectinase and isolating and drying immobilized pectinase. The carrier of the present invention significantly enhances the utilization efficiency of enzyme, reduces the consumption of raw materials and energy resources, prevents environmental pollution, facilitates industrial production, and can be widely used in the fields such as processing of fruit juice and vegetable juice.</p> |
