METHOD FOR DETERMINING REFERENCE RTWP IN RADIO ACCESS NETWORK AND DEVICE THEREOF

Disclosed are a method for determining a reference RTWP in a radio access network and a device thereof. The method includes: a base station determining service load increment in a current cell; and the base station determining a reference RTWP value of the current cell according to the total received broadband power RTWP value and the service load increment of the current cell. The present invention achieves the effects that the reference RTWP value of the current cell can be determined more accurately and effectively and the error of the determined reference RTWP value of the current cell is small.
