A freezer safety hinge comprises a fixed base (1) and a movable base (5) arranged to match with the fixed base (1). The movable base (5) is arranged outside the fixed base (1). A fixed rotating shaft (6) for hinging the fixed base (1) with the movable base (5) is arranged at one end of the fixed base (1). A movable rotating shaft (7) is arranged in parallel with the fixed rotating shaft (6). The movable rotating shaft (7) is fixedly connected to the movable base (5). Two ends of the movable rotating shaft (7) are movably clamped in an arc-shaped groove (12) on the fixed base (1). The movable rotating shaft (7) abuts against one end of a rocker (2) in a running fitting manner, and the other end of the rocker (2) is fixed to the fixed base (1). The rocker (2) is provided with a positioning portion (20). A compressed spring (9) sleeved on the rocker (2) is limited at the positioning portion (20).
