<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a compatible transparent water-containing oil which can be preserved in a homogeneous state stably without requiring emulsification in spite of a fact that an oil and water are mixed therein. The present invention comprises: a first step of mixing a mineral oil and/or a plant oil, water and an emulsifying agent together to produce an emulsion; a second step of allowing the emulsion to pass through a pre-filter (14) and then a post-filter (16) having lower filtration accuracy than that of the pre-filter in this order; and a third step of mixing the emulsion that has undergone the second step with an amine that acts as a transparency-increasing agent while heating the emulsion at 100ºC or lower.</p> |
