METHOD OF NOISE REDUCTION IN DIGITAL X-RAY FRAMES SERIES

PURPOSE: A method for reducing noise in the series of digital X-ray frames is provided to use a Kalman filter, thereby increasing quality of the series of the digital X-ray frames for an application of medical science. CONSTITUTION: An estimated frame and a noise frame are obtained. Section noise distribution estimations of frame intensity are calculated. An interpolation tabular function is constructed. An interpolation table of dependence research of noise distribution for signal intensity is obtained. A noise map is constructed. A compensated reference frame is formed after motion estimation and compensation.
