<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new dithienobenzodithiophene derivative composition which is excellent in solubility in solvents and potentially provides high carrier mobility, and also provide an organic thin film transistor comprising the same. <P>SOLUTION: The dithienobenzodithiophene derivative composition contains 99-80 wt.% of a dithienobenzodithiophene derivative represented by the general formula (1) and 1-20 wt.% of a dithienobenzodithiophene derivative represented by a specific formula, where substituents R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>represent identical or different substituents selected from the group consisting of n-pentyl, n-hexyl, n-heptyl and n-octyl groups. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
