<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implantable liquid pump system capable of maintaining liquid injection capability at a high level, even when a generation position of an ultrasonic wave is shifted somewhat. <P>SOLUTION: A pump 11 includes a reservoir part 15 storing liquid and an outflow port 16 for the liquid in communication with the reservoir part 15. The reservoir part 15 has a taper shape having an inner diameter gradually reduced toward the outflow port 16. An ultrasonic wave generation means 12 has a structure for generating an ultrasonic wave by driving an ultrasonic element having a convex shape toward the opposite side of the outflow port 16, and is configured to generate the ultrasonic wave through the reservoir part 15 so that the ultrasonic wave may converge to the outflow port 16 or in the vicinity of the outflow port 16. An ultrasonic wave transmission material 17 is provided between the reservoir part 15 and the ultrasonic wave generation means 12.
