<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and the like capable of improving advertising effects and collecting users' needs. <P>SOLUTION: A system according to the present invention includes: a processing system capable of editing electronic information; an electronic content providing server for accumulating electronic information consisting of a plurality of pages and transmitting the accumulated electronic information consisting of the plurality of pages; and an electronic content browsing terminal device that receives the electronic information consisting of the plurality of pages which has been transmitted from the electronic content providing server and displays it such that users can browse the electronic information. The electronic information consisting of the plurality of pages has whole-area advertisement pages including one or more items that are selectable and/or operable by the users.
