<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more appropriately control the shock at startup of an engine. <P>SOLUTION: Blow-up of an engine speed Ne can be controlled, even if a learning value ISC grows and an intake air volume increases, since a torque command Tm1* of a motor MG1 to carry out cranking of an engine is set in the tendency smaller, as the learning value ISC of an idling control amount becomes larger in the direction to increase an intake air amount (S120).
