<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance type touch sensor which can suppress exposure of a transparent conductive part without adopting a method using a dummy electrode, and a display device with the same. <P>SOLUTION: A capacitance type touch sensor includes a resin sheet and plural transparent conductive parts formed in parallel on the resin sheet, in which the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value in a retardation value of the resin sheet having the transparent conductive parts is 3 nm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
