<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To derive a target value for weight loss from among data where weight measurement is performed once a day. <P>SOLUTION: A device for controlling a body weight comprises: a weight obtaining unit 62 for obtaining body weight data including a body weight measurement value of a subject, at a predetermined timing in a day from when the subject wakes to when the subject sleeps, and a measurement date and time of the body weight measurement value; a weight storage unit 64 for storing the body weight data obtained by the weight obtaining unit in a memory; a representative body weight calculation unit 66 for calculating a representative body weight value from among body weight measurement values of the body weight data stored in the memory during a predetermined period of time; and a target calculation unit 68 for calculating, from the calculated representative body weight value, a daily target weight loss value, and a measurement value representing a factor for weight fluctuation, a target value to function as a target when measuring a body weight value at the predetermined timing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
