TRANSFORMANT OBTAINED BY INTRODUCTION OF GM 1 GENE AND P27 GENE, AND USE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop expected testing tools etc., relating to urgently expected accumulation of information/development of technologies, which are useful for improving diseases likely caused by abnormal expression of p27 protein through Gm1 protein, for example, cancers, neurodegenerative diseases such as an Alzheimer's disease, mental ailments and the like.

SOLUTION: There is provided a transformant etc., obtained by introducing a foreign gene having a base sequence encoding both of amino acid sequences of Gm1 protein and p27 protein, into a host cell.
