<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound source detection device that accurately detects a direction of a sound source regardless of the layout of a plurality of sound collectors. <P>SOLUTION: The difference in time required for the sound to reach two of three or more sound collector units is corrected with the time difference Δτ to be obtained when the sound collector units are arranged on the same straight line. A sound source detection part detects a sound source by use of the corrected time difference Δτ.
