PUNCH TOOL FOR PROCESSING MOLDING SURFACE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MOLD FOR MICROLENS ARRAY, MOLD FOR MICROLENS ARRAY, AND MICROLENS ARRAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch tool capable of shortening a processing time of a mold, and reducing processing cost, in manufacture of a microlens array having a smooth lens surface.

SOLUTION: This punch tool 1 has a surface roughness Ra of a pressing surface of <0.15 μm. The punch tool 1 can be applied to a mold manufacturing apparatus 11 in which the punch tool 1 is moved vertically by a pressing means 13 in order to form a lens molding surface on the surface of a planar mold preform 30 fixed on a mounting stand 12, to thereby transfer its pressing surface, whereby a mold having a smooth molding surface can be manufactured inexpensively in a short time.
