<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of conventional ultra-supercomputers that much heat is trapped and an air-conditioner and a large quantity of electricity therefore are required for cooling, and a speed of information collection is limited due to tape reeling. <P>SOLUTION: By installing a piezoelectric element four-electron magnetic division device, the inventor has arrived at the technique of removing only electric resistance out of electricity for the first time in the world. By introducing the rail motor technique for magnetic pole switching inverter control, which consumes the least electricity in the world, electricity consumption is reduced, and with a technique of a digital circuit including light hydrogen, a high-speed circuit has been completed. A piezoelectric element magnetic body IC tip enables piezoelectric element magnetic body auto repair of disarray of an electromagnetic field.
