<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost with a structure having a coolant passage for realizing a shaft center cooling structure in an end plate for a rotary electric machine. <P>SOLUTION: An end plate 34 fits into the outer diameter side of a rotor shaft 16, which is rotatably provided, with a rotor core 32 and restricts the axial displacement of the rotor core 32. The end plate 34 is formed by performing circular bending on a metal plate, and a plate side coolant passage 50 is formed in the radial direction by a gap between both end edges in the circumferential direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
