<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron driving power supply capable of operating at a high power factor without being affected by variation in the type or characteristics of a magnetron if any. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage of an AC power supply 20 is rectified. Any one having a larger amplitude of input voltage waveform information 92 and input current waveform information 91 of an inverter circuit 300 transmitting a power by high-frequency switching is selected. The selected information is superposed onto power control information 93 by means of a mix circuit 73 to perform pulse width modulation of on/off-switching of a switching transistor 37, and a signal amplitude is switched between in start-up control and in normal control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
