Provided is a secondary battery which comprises a positive electrode comprising a positive electrode active material, a negative electrode comprising a negative electrode active material, and a non-aqueous electrolyte comprising a support salt. The positive electrode active material is a manganese phosphate compound represented by the following general formula: NaxMnPO4F. In the formula, x fulfills the requirement represented by the formula: 2.02 < x <= 2.50, and some of Mn's may be independently substituted by at least one metal element selected from Al, Mg and Ti. |
