It is a method to diagnose the presence of prostate cancer including the steps of: (a) determination of the quantity of PSA-IgM occurring in a biological sample of the subject, (b) determination of the quantity of total PSA occurring in a biological sample of the subject, (c) determination of the quantity of free PSA occurring in a biological sample of the subject, (d) determination of the prostate volume of the subject, and (e) definition of the age of the subject; (f) correlation of the presence or absence of prostate cancer in the subject under examination with a value predetermined and established with patients samples diagnosed with prostate cancer or benign disease known on the basis of the mathematical combination of all or some of the quantities listed in points a. b. c. d. e. |
