<p>A ceramic matrix composite member for use as a turbine blade (1) has a principal part that configures a blade part (2) and a dovetail part (6), and a subordinate part that configures a platform part (4). The principal fiber in a ceramic fiber fabric (13) that configures the principal part is configured from a continuous fiber. The direction in which the principal fiber extends and the direction in which tension is applied are parallel. The ceramic fiber fabric (13) that configures the principal part and a ceramic fiber fabric (15) that configures the subordinate part are connected, and form a triaxial fiber fabric (11). The ceramic fiber fabric (15) that configures the subordinate part is bent so as to form a prescribed angle in relation to the ceramic fiber fabric (13) that configures the principal part. An integrated body is formed by insertion into a mold, and the obtained molded body has a ceramic matrix formed therein.</p> |
