Catalyst without platinum group metal (PGM), comprises cerium-praseodymium-complex-oxide, which is impregnated with silver. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a filtration filter comprising many through-cells, which are formed periodically along their axial direction and are separated from each other by cell walls, where each through cell comprises an inlet opening and an outlet opening, which are open in opposite directions on their opposite sides, and the above catalyst is applied on an upper surface and a bottom surface of the cell wall; and (2) a device for post-processing of waste gases, comprising one of a diesel oxidation catalyst module, a lean nitrogen oxide trap module, or a three-way catalyst module mounted at an inlet nozzle of the filtration filter, and is coated with the catalyst.
