<p>The spreading roll structure has several roller elements (18) to produce different intense spreading forces. The spreading forces are neutralized or cancelled in a neutral region (4.1) by neutralizing bristles (3.1). Bristle bundles are bent along outward direction such that the spreading force produced by the roller elements is increased from a middle surface to the rolling ends. The bristle rings are provided in a base portion (1).</p>
