PURPOSE: A heating element in which a paint composition is painted is provided to combine organic materials and inorganic materials at the same time, thereby improving the adhesive force. CONSTITUTION: A metal plate(11) is formed by metal materials. A thermo coil(12) delivers the heat to one side of the metal plate. A silver foil(13) is formed in a form covering one side of the metal plate. The silver foil fixes the thermo coil on the metal plate. A finishing unit(14) is formed in a form covering the silver foil. |
