<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falling of a seat back caused by lifting of the whole seat such as in a vehicle rear collision, without increasing the number of part items. <P>SOLUTION: An extension part 18 extending to a lower part of a locking pin part 31 is formed in a lock holding bracket for rotatably supporting a lock arm 12 in a state of setting the seat back in a rising position. The extension part 18 has an engaging recessed part 26 for checking separation from a lock groove 21 of the locking pin part 31 by engaging from below with the locking pin part 31 when the lock holding bracket moved upward to the locking pin part 31 engaged with the lock groove 21 of the lock part 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
