摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a light emitting device which forms a phosphor layer having high conformal properties even on an upper surface of a micro size LED chip, has excellent heat radiation performance, and causes only small color unevenness and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a light emitting device according to one embodiment includes: a first process where a light emitting element 3 is mounted on a substrate 1; and a second process where phosphor particles in micron order, which are excited by light radiated from the light emitting element 3 and emits light, is dispersed in a liquid transparent resin and a dispersing liquid of the resin is electrostatically applied or electrostatically sprayed thereby forming a layer 4, including the phosphor particles, on an upper surface of the light emitting element 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
