<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition that can improve the dispersibility of its constituent while having excellent impact resistance, mechanical characteristics, and heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The polyacetal resin composition contains a resin consisting of a polyacetal resin (A) and a cellulose acetate butyrate (B).
